Covid Policy
Our main Covid Policy at the Chiang Mai Homeschool Co-op is that we obey the rules the rental building, neighborhood, and local governing authorities mandate, but we never impose further restrictions.
We are not sure what the Covid regulations will be in the fall of 2022, so below are our current assumptions based on past requirements and the governing authorities' current plan to get Chiang Mai back to normal. These may change at a moments notice, so we will keep this page updated and email current members of the current regulations before co-op begins.
Vaccination Policy
We do not require vaccinations of students or parents. There is a mixture of vaccinated and unvaccinated students and parents on the premises.
Exposure Policy
If someone in your family is exposed to Covid, then we ask that the entire family refrain from participating in co-op for 5 days. After 5 days from exposure, if everyone in the family tests negative, then everyone can participate in co-op again.
Positive Test Policy
If someone in your family tests positive for Covid (on any kind of test), then we ask that the entire family refrain from attending until everyone in the family tests negative.
If someone in your family is exposed to Covid or tests positive for Covid, please notify Rachel as soon as possible so she can schedule someone to take your place. Rachel can be reached via Facebook, phone (065-024-2261), or email (rachel.cmhc@gmail.com).

- We anticipate that masks will continue to be required to be worn in the neighborhood and at the co-op building which means it's important for families to wear masks the entire time at co-op and when entering and exiting the premises. Masks may be removed for eating snacks and lunch.
- We anticipate that temperate checks will continue to be required upon arrival. No one with a temperate above 37.8 C (100 F) may be on the premises.
- We anticipate that ATK tests will no longer be required.
- We anticipate that a picnic lunch from Noon - 1:00 pm will be allowed.
